I bought this pattern from Michelle and can’t wait to try it this weekend.
I love the difference in the texture and the pattern is super simple. That’s despite the fact I have to learn how to do a provisional cast-on and the kitchener stitch.
In addition to this, I’ve started the Brisbane scarf for my former supervisor. Her birthday is next month and despite our track record, finishing that scarf for her is the least I could do. The pattern can be found on LionBrand’s website. Although I’m doing it in a lighter weight Knitpicks yarn, the beautiful texture is still evident. Will post pics soon.

That first project looks amazing! I can’t wait to see the finished product.
Thanks for dropping by Lauren. I’m getting the yarn to do this project on the weekend. It doesn’t seem to take too long, so hopefully I’ll get it done in a few days. 😀
You have two great patterns here. I hope the scarf gift goes quickly so you can have fun with the loop one!
Yes ma’am. I can’t wait to get started on them both. You should know, I already changed the Brisbane pattern to something else. I made it before, don’t want to do it again. I”m so fickle. LOL!!!!
