When I started this blog, it really was just to be a holding place for my life and crafty shenanigans since I now live 6000 (agonising) miles away from my family.   I’d set it down for a long while, then resurrected it last summer to act as a sort of “Dear Diary” of my crafty endeavors.   At that time, only my real life friends read what I wrote. 

Fast forward a year later, through this blog I’ve made many wonderful online connections, learned so much and am continually inspired!  It’s amazing when my inspiration feel the same way about me and about the things I have to share; I’m always humbled by the sight of my blog name on  someone’s blog-roll and on receiving blog awards.  I’m continually grateful to be part of such an open, gracious, embracing community.   Thank you for making space for me in tangible and intangible ways.
