I finished this square with a little bit to spare. So glad I did! I can mail it with the other two tomorrow.
On another note, am I the only person who loves blocking? I’m going to leave my love of that for another time and just post evidence of my getting this square done under the wire.
The square is about 7 inches long here. Two more inches and the bind-off to go …
The little lot there just mocking me. 😀
On the home stretch …
Boom!!!!! Done … with a little bit to spare … 😛 Take that square …
I just lovvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvve blocking!!!
Pattern Number 2: Tiny Textures
from Jan Eaton’s — 200 Crochet Blocks for Blankets, Throws & Afghans
So glad I got this finished! Next up, swatching for this project. It’s kinda sweet to know that this skein of yarn is the one I learned to crochet with in Jan 2012 and it’s been put to such good use.
Ooh, that texture is delicious!
I’m totally with you on the blocking thing, it’s so magical!
Hey Lady!!! So glad to hear from you. 😀
Yes indeed … the texture is so delicious, I can see myself making a full sized blanket in this. Oooo, Ooooo, or even in stripes!!!!
As for blocking, I get excited when I cast off and it’s time to block!
I love blocking as well. It is the perfect ending.
I agree wholeheartedly!!!
