I’m just going to let the picture speak for itself. Errrrr …. should I be going to the Crochet/Knitting Corner of Shame? You tell me!
This is the W.I.P. corner of my living room!
Before my projects and yarn attempt to bury me, like this stash here — I’m finishing one of these projects today so it can be shipped off next week. 😀
The start of Fall Equinox (Sept 22nd 2012) is the perfect time for me to resume and complete some of these projects. Especially since Christmas is around the corner and some of them are Christmas gifts. 😀
At least you have yours all in one place. I have mine dispersed throughout the apt. Not sure how many corners it would occupy if I put mine all in one spot.
LOLOL!!! Are you sure we should still go to Rhinebeck?!!!! 😀
Hehe, I used to have a WIP corner but now I hide all my wips in bags stacked behind the sofa. Not being able to see them helps alleviate the guilt when I ignore them to start a new project. 🙂
LOLOLOL!!! I love it! Out of sight, out of mind! And I see you have a serious case of “startitis” too. I tell you … we yarn lovers … we’re all the same!! LOLOL! 😀
I have something similar in my living room, and my office, and my car lol I try to clean it up and find a spot for it about once a month but usually just end up dragging it all right back out again, so I started at least putting each project in a cute little wicker basket so it helps to somewhat blend in as a decor item 🙂
I think I’m going to go to Home Goods this week and pick up a cute wicker basket for this stuff. It’s taking over my chair and my living room!!! LOLOL!!!! 😀
I am glad that I am not the only one who uses the corner to store their bits 🙂
Then I’m in great company!!!! 😀
T least it is accessible (ish!)
That’s my excuse every time! 😛 😉
So glad you can read my wonderful typing!!
Its the leaning tower of knitsa! haha ok, I will stop there.. I have all of my yarn shoved hidden away in tubs… definitely isn’t helping me to remember to use it. Can’t wait to see what you’re making!
LOLOLOLOL!!!! I have mine in that corner, an old bookshelf and three plastic tubs. It’s really that much!!!! 😀 The “Leaning Tower of Knitsa” is just a small part. 😀
Haha mine too :[ I don’t even have all of my yarn listed on ravelry, I would be even more embarassed. I have the old acrylic yarn in a big red tub and I call it a communal tub (meaning everyone in my family can use the yarn) and that makes me feel better about not putting it on ravelry 😛
My communal yarn is on an old lawyer’s bookshelf. I think I have a pic posted somewhere in the blog. My “good” yarn is stored in three plastic tubs. I have waaaaaaaaaay too much yarn and not enough time!!! 🙂
