I know you can eat oatmeal everyday but it’s special for me on Sunday mornings. I don’t know why. Maybe it’s the way my mom made it, maybe because it just reminds me of home, but I decided to have some this morning.
Apple Spice & Peaches Oatmeal
- 2 chopped fresh peaches (or canned peaches like I used this morning)
- Apple spice
- Cinnamon spice
- Small piece of grated ginger
- Agave Nectar to taste
- a pinch of salt
- Cook oatmeal in the way that you typically do. I added cinnamon, a pinch of salt, Agave nectar to taste, grated ginger.
- After cooking, top with apple spice and chopped peaches.
