Oh what a coincidence! I baked some bread just a couple of days ago. It’s been so long since I’ve done it that I’d forgotten how satisfying it could be 🙂

My mom feels the same way. She loves the action of kneading the dough and the smells of the bread as they bake. 🙂

Go girl! i will have to come and sample some to give you feedback on your way to your mastery! I know you can get it done, being willing to try is the hardest part and doing it for mum is a great motivation!

By the time my mum comes in November, I want to be able to give her a good run for her money baking-wise. 😛 Yeah … we roll like that … 😀

I haven’t made homemade bread in years, but it’s addictive once you find a good recipe. I’ve never used a breadmaker but there’s a certain satisfaction when you do it all by hand. I guess that’s why bakers call certain breads artisinal. There is an art to it.

Hey lady!!! I’m going to try recipe this coming weekend; the bread maker was certainly a bust for me me. The bread tasted like bread but not exactly … youknowwadImean?

I’m going to become a bread artisan … I owe it to myself and to my mother’s bread making skills. 😛 She needs some competition and I need good bread.
