Pretty. Is that the yarn you bought from Rhinebeck? I haven’t crocheted in a long time. I have a hat pattern I’ve wanted to crochet for a while, but been so focused on knitting I haven’t got around to it. And also haven’t found the right yarn yet. But eventually I want to do both proficiently.
My goal is the same as yours — to be very proficient at both of them.
The yarn is a Smiley’s yarn sale purchase — had it since 2010, but it wasn’t showing the stitch pattern as clearly as I wanted it to so I frogged and used something else.
It looks awesome! I need to become a hooker too! Off to look up the next class at my LYS.

Thank you Cheryl. I think I’m going to try and finish a project by next week. It’s soooooooooooooooooooo much quicker than knitting. I’m not cheating on knitting …. I promise, but it’s sooooooooooooo much quicker … did I say that already? 😀
