Oye! I haven’t been working that hard. Had some stressful situations happen in October and really didn’t expect to see much change but wooooohooooooo!!! All the change in those numbers did was make me even more committed to doing what I know I should be doing! Honestly, seeing the change register in tangible numbers has really been a mood booster with all that’s going on right now. The increase in my arm size is because of muscle build-up. The decrease in my waist size is just insane to me. This is especially important for someone like me that’s trying her best to keep diabetes and heart disease away permanently. It really does seem like slow but steady progress is going to win this race. 😀
