Everything else ceases to exist when I’m in the zone. The stress of the work day drains away and all that matters is what’s going on in front me. Be it with yarn, hooks, knitting needles, a wood ring, fabric, embroidery floss and a needle. Being in the zone allows me to create “my own sunshine”.

Whatever it is, the zone is definitely my happy place. In the zone:

Lately it’s been ninja needles for me. I get grumpy when a day goes by without a little bit of creative sunshine, even if it is just for ten minutes.
